Specific age ranges: 5-8 & 9-12

Program Description: Recreation classes are 75 minutes for age 5+. In this program gymnasts will learn skills with gradual difficulty through a newly revised levelling system based similarly to the CanGym Program.  In all levels, we focus on practicing quality gymnastics skills, fitness activities and having fun while we are at it!  Levels 1-5 have skill lists for each event (vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track & conditioning) that gymnasts are required to learn before moving up to the next level.  It is normal for some levels to take multiple sessions to complete. Beyond level 6+, is considered our advanced rec.
