CLASSES:

  • Only coaches and participants may enter the gym; viewing areas are provided for parents and other family members.

  • Parents and spectators must stay in their designated area.         

  • *Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there are absolutely NO spectators at this time.

  • Gymnastics equipment is only to be used under the supervision of a coach

  • Ask your coach’s permission before getting on equipment

  • Ask your coach’s permission before attempting new skills

  • Be cautious and aware of your surroundings when moving in gym

  • If you need to leave the class, you must tell your coach

  • Follow equipment and safety procedures

  • Walk, when transitioning to different events, don’t run

  • Watch for obstacles or uneven surfaces while walking to each apparatus

  • Respect your coach and fellow participants ( 3 strike policy)

  • No food, drinks or gum permitted in the gym.

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child as there is NO water fountain.

  • Class times and class age ranges offered may be subject to change based on enrolment and coach availability.

  • Coaches assigned to classes may be subject to change based on availability, enrolment and gym program requirements.​

  • Please dress your child(ren) appropriately in snug but comfortable clothing (no denim, buttons, zipper, or belts)

  • Clothing should allow the child to have full movement when doing the activity.

  • Gym attire for girls is shorts/leggings and t-shirt/tank top or leotard.

  • Gym attire for boys is shorts and t-shirt.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All legal guardians are required to sign and/or digitally consent to the Acknowledge of Risk and Waiver of Liability upon registration before your child can participate in classes.​

  • We are not responsible for lost or misplaced item, that are left at the gym

  • We maintain a lost and found box but cannot promise your item will be found.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent to keep accounts up to date. This includes email and physical address, phone number, emergency contacts and auto-payment information.

  • We make every effort to monitor your child(ren) after class but parents need to make an effort to arrive on time to pick up their child(ren).

  • Please let us know if someone else will be picking up your child.

  • We are a "nut-free environment". Any food products made out of, or containing nuts, should not be brought into the facility.

  • Make up classes for missed classes are solely based on availability. No credits or refunds are given.

  • All fees must be paid at time of registration. Placement is not final until full payment is received.

  • An annual Registration and Insurance fee per child is applicable for all members. This annual fee is valid from September 1 to August 30 of the following year.
